Included with the Dolphin Power Seller is the Customer Communicator. The Customer Communicator is a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) software that you can use to organize and contact your regular customers. You can enter contacts manually into the customer communicator, or you can send a contact from the Power Dialer to the Customer Communicator.
With the Customer Communicator you can call telephone numbers with the click of a mouse, play pre-recorded messages to answering machines and voice mails, record calls, send pretyped E-mails, view web pages, get directions and maps of customer locations, mail customized printed cards, and use the Reminder Calendar to schedule callbacks and appointments.
Similar to the Power Dialer in the Customer Communicator you can update and add to a contacts information, type notes about the call, and have user defined fields for information specific to your business.
